Volunteering at Snow Mountain Ranch
Volunteering at Snow Mountain Ranch is one of the best experiences you can give to yourself and others. Our volunteers Live, Work, and Play in the Colorado Rockies! For as little as 24-28 volunteer service hours per week, volunteers receive Free lodging, meals and free access to most SMR facilities and area attractions (skiing in winter and golf, hiking and horseback riding in the summer).
Volunteers can elect to either camp (summer only) in the “staff only” campground with FHUs (50 amp) and Internet access, or stay in the Pinewood complex. The Pinewood complex is reserved for volunteers and seasonal staff 40 and older and is similar to a motel room with a private bath. All chef prepared meals (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) are taken in the Dining Commons.
A full listing of available volunteer positions and descriptions is available in the link below
*(Please scroll to the bottom, “Volunteer Applicants”.) Note that not all positions are available every season.
So, come join us during the summer, fall, winter or spring and enjoy all that Grand County and the Rocky Mountains offers each season. Volunteer for as little as one month or as long as you wish!
