Get Free Admission to our Winter Fun Park when you stay at YMCA of the Rockies.
The Winter Fun Park is an enhancement to the typical mountain vacation. Normally if you rent a cabin in the Rockies, you might ski, you might snowshoe…but you’ll mostly just sit around the cabin with a bunch of antsy kids. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a myriad of FREE activities you could do right where you’re staying? At Snow Mountain Ranch…there is.
We have indoor activities too! Our 3 story indoor rock climbing wall and indoor archery are inside of the Kiva Center. Rock climbing is $5 a person and archery is $3 a person (ages 4 and up).
The Winter Fun Park at Snow Mountain Ranch, located right outside Winter Park, Colorado offers a huge variety of fun winter activities for the whole family, no matter what age you are. There’s ice skating under a covered pavilion, snowshoe trails through the forest, a lighted tubing and sledding hill, traditional sleigh rides and even winter horseback rides. Plus, Snow Mountain Ranch’s world class Nordic Center offers cross country ski rentals and lessons for all ages. We offer over 100 KM of trails from flat beginner loops to advanced ski trails. There’s so much to do, you’ll be tuckered out at night and READY to sit around the cabin.
Ski, Skate and Sled for Free: That’s right. Free. Stay in a cabin, lodge rooms or yurt at Snow Mountain Ranch and receive a free trail pass for our cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, along with free ice skating, tubing and sledding at our Winter Fun Park.
Bring your pet! When we say bring your family, we mean the ENTIRE family. Snow Mountain Ranch’s 2 -5 bedroom cabins are pet friendly. We also offer a variety of pet friendly cross country ski trails. No reason to let your fuzziest family member miss out on the fun!
Is Downhill Skiing more your thing? We are just a 15 minute drive to the downhill skiing at Winter Park Resort and Ski Granby Ranch Basin.
